The science behind the Universal Law of Attraction.
The universe responds to your vibration. Have you heard this before? We are beings that exert energy, in many forms, my favorite example; our heart beat, a healthy adult’s heart beats 60 to 100 beats a minute, which translates to 1 to 1.60 hertz per minute ( 1 hertz is equal to 60 beats). Another perfect example is, if a living being is put through an Infrared Thermal Scan, which captures, radiation.
Radiation: ra·di·a·tion /ˌrādēˈāSH(ə)n/ noun
noun: radiation

the emission of energy as electromagnetic waves or as moving subatomic particles, especially high-energy particles which cause ionization. dictionary.com
We can see a pattern of color based on the high and low projection of heat/radiation and the body’s electrical magnetic fields:

Our vibrational ability, the energy levels we emit, or we vibrate, are related to how balanced we are. How balanced our body is. Scientifically, when a patient is taken to have an Infrared Thermal Scan, the results are compared to a standard Thermal Scan, one that shows the body in homeostasis (in balance). Some areas should be hotter or emit higher frequency that others.
The body’s homeostasis depends on keeping low levels of stress. I will explain further, to put it into perspective, a perfect example is when we are scared. If we are in the kitchen, alone, in the “cleaning of dishes zone,” staring out the window, humming our favorite song, disconnected and content. Our heart rate and our blood pressure (we are talking about a healthy adult) are low, balanced, we are calm and collected. Without notice our child enters the kitchen and yells “Booo!” Think of a moment when you were scared, your heart rate increases and now you’re in flight or fight mode. When your heart is beating fast it requires more “energy” or more blood and when in fight or flight mode the heart has to pump the blood to your extremities to make sure you can respond to a “dangerous” situation. Therefore your blood pressure is at one of it’s highest and your body is releasing all the hormones needed to survive. You have entered into survival mode. You are in a state of stress and fear.
When you are stressed, when you live in a state of fear and stress, your body is always on over drive. It is existing in the fight or flight mode. You have higher blood pressure and your body is ready to react at any given moment. You loose sleep, eat poorly, overthink, are quick to anger and are not happy. You get more headaches due to the increased blood pressure and your heightened level of living. Your stress lowers your immune system. Our emotions are connected to our state of being. The central nervous system, the center of all communication responds and communicates with the rest of your body. When you are living in a state of heightened senses, your neurons, the cells in your nervous system responsible for communication and response are always firing. The lower your emotional state the more stress on your body and the lower your frequency.
The Universe responds to your vibration, or frequency.
We can measure electricity and the speed of light, because it’s energy. We can also measure our own energy based on our emotional state. The lower your emotion, fear, jealousy, the lower your vibration. A negative is lower than a positive in the universal law.
In the chart below, you can see how our emotions affect our vibrations:
When we are not in balance, when we are mad, sad and angry, for example our energy and will to live our day to day, is lower. Someone who lives in the low frequency does not want to be a part of life. In order to reach a point where we can heal from this pain, we need to find help. As a Reiki Practitioner and empath I have a lot of clients who are starting to become aware that the state of lower vibration is not where they need to be. They are not getting what they deserve in life. They know that they deserve better, that there is more to this life than reliving their past traumas.
The more we, as a collective, begin to see and understand that we deserve better and feeling sad and sorry for ourselves is not a way to live, the more people start to feel it as well. We are all one, for example, if we are sensitive to our low vibration and we encounter someone in public who is having a negative day, they will impact us and our day will be worse. We are connected in this way and in our vibrational output. Ever hear, you are what you attract? It’s true, healing is not easy, takes time to move away from the addicting lower vibrations and it takes a will to not unpack in lower vibrations. Being sad and laying low and hiding from reaching a happier level in life can become addicting, a pattern, patterns are hard to break and so are habits.
What if I told you that you have centers of energy connected to your emotions that can be balanced by Reiki, one hour at a time?
There are seven major chakras in our bodies:
Chakras are the circular vortexes of energy that are placed in seven different points on the spinal column, and all the seven chakras are connected to the various organs and glands within the body. These chakras are responsible for disturbing the life energy, which is also known as Qi or Praana.
Whenever a chakra is disrupted or blocked, the life energy also gets blocked, leading to the onset of mental and health ailments. When the harmonious balance of the seven chakras is disrupted or damaged, it can cause several problems in our lives, including our physical health, emotional health and our mental state of mind. https://www.onetribeapparel.com/blogs/pai/seven-chakras-meaning
The seven major chakras are aligned along our spinal cord, the center of communication in our body along our central nervous system, starting at the base of our skull, connected to our brain, our operations center. From there all the nerve endings connect to the rest of our body. Each of our seven chakras represents a part of our emotional state and who we are:
When we are facing a hard time and we are lost in our negative feelings it can be hard to break away from them. Reiki is a great way to begin feeling and getting better. I recommend one hour twice a month to enter into a more clear state in order to start finding emotional balance.
Reiki:
/ˈrākē/ noun
noun: reiki
a healing technique based on the principle that the therapist can channel energy into the patient by means of touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient’s body and restore physical and emotional well-being.
Each chakra is connected to a part of who we are:
Who we are becoming.
We are souls having a human experience. In the in and outs of life and the up and downs we have all had times of trauma and high stress. Some days, weeks and even years have been more trying than others. I know that life can be hard at times, but what if you could have more control over your reactions, what if instead or reacting to stressful times you are just acting, or not phased at all. It would be nice, what if you could reach a time in your life where what you wanted, what you manifested became your reality. I promise this is all possible, you just have to reach a time and place where you heal, one chakra, one emotional hang up, one trauma at a time. The more that you heal, the more you are able to live in gratefulness and in love. In this vibrational emotion you are at the highest point, at your best potential.
Once you reach your healed self, your highest vibrational self, nothing is impossible. You will be able to look at the person having a bad day as someone who may just need help, or some love. As we heal ourselves we heal as a collective. We are becoming humans that want to have a soulful experience, we are tired of suffering. All that we want, is one healing Reiki session away, one meditation away, one soulful guidance session away. All we need is to take some time, one hour, two to three times a month to reach this blissful soulful experience.
Much Love and Happy Healing always,
Raquel
