WHAT RAQUEL DOES!`

She started this journey as a single mother, who survived and healed from trauma both emotional and physical! In 2016 after a long divorce, she herniated L2 to L5, unable to move her right leg, almost lost het job and her home.  

 

She discovered Reiki and this is how she started her journey to guide others back to the power they hold within themselves.  

 

She is a Certified Trauma Informed Life Mentor and Creatrix Coach, Reiki Master, Intuitive Channel and Mindfulness|Meditation journey guide.  She uses her knowledge of the Nervous and Chakra system, Spirituality and her study Plant Medicine combined them with Trauma Informed Holistic Healing to Transmute trauma into the power to change your life, relationships and health.

 Raquel is a firm believer that balance is perfection.  Life can be really challenging and we forget how powerful we really are.   We are more than our fears, we are boundary less, mind, body and soul.

Creatrix Coaching- The Ability to use what happened to you to create the life of your dreams- Better health, Better relationships- with money, people, jobs and abundance.

 

Life Mentoring- using mindfulness and cognitive therapy “principles” with a holistic healing and body/mind centered approach!

 

Intuitive Channel- The ability to connect to your subtle body and energy to decode what is standing in your way.  Can connect to guides and energy from other realms.
